Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Custom orders may take longer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery:

  • Standard Shipping: 4-6 weeks

  • Expedited Shipping: 21 business days

  • Ultra Rush: 5-10 business day (where available)

Shipping carriers include USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or weather.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees depend on your location, order size, and chosen shipping speed. 

Order Tracking:
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package.

Damaged or Lost Packages:
Report any damage or missing packages within 48 hours of delivery by contacting Hello@tablepadspro.com. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
