1. Do you sell pre-made table pads?

No. All of our table pads are custom-made specifically for each customer's table. Pre-made pads don't offer the same precise fit, complete protection, or quality aesthetic. Every pad we make is crafted to your exact specifications, ensuring perfect coverage and professional appearance.

2. Do you offer in-home consultations and measuring?

Yes! We have trained representatives available nationwide for professional in-home measuring services. If there's no representative in your area, we'll gladly assist you over the phone or send you our free measuring kit to ensure a smooth ordering process. 3. How do I measure my table?

Simple tables (rectangle, round, square, oval): Use a tape measure to measure the flat eating surface only (not including any apron or lip) to the nearest 1/8". We need length and width for rectangles, or diameter for round tables.

Important: Measure only the flat top surface where plates sit, not the table's overall dimensions including the apron.

4. How accurate do measurements need to be?

Very accurate! We need measurements to 1/8" precision for a perfect fit. Small errors can result in gaps or overhangs. That's why we offer:

6. How hot-proof are your table pads? What's the heat resistance?

Heat resistance varies by thickness:

  • 1/4" thickness: 175°F (limited protection - warm items only)
  • 3/8" thickness: 200°F (limited protection - careful use)
  • 1/2" thickness: 550°F ⭐ (handles most hot dishes from the oven)
  • 3/4" thickness: 600°F ⭐ (maximum protection - handles everything)

What this means:

  • Most dishes from the oven are 400-550°F
  • Casserole dishes, roasting pans, and hot platters are best on 1/2" or 3/4" thickness
  • We recommend 1/2" minimum for families who serve hot food

Times depend on the option you choose, and split into production (which we control) and delivery (transit time on the road).

Standard production: 4-6 weeks (up to 8 weeks during the September-December holiday season).

Rush Order: as fast as 5-10 business days from order to doorstep, combining priority production with faster air delivery (additional fee, where available).

19. How long until delivery?

Total time = production + transit.

Production:

  • Standard: 4-6 weeks

Transit (once your pad ships):

  • Standard UPS Ground: typically 4-8 business days
  • Expedited Air: 1-3 business days with a guaranteed window (additional fee)

We ship most orders via UPS Ground. Once a package is with the carrier, transit delays from weather or carrier issues are beyond our control, so ground delivery dates are estimates. We provide tracking information once your pads ship.

20. What are your shipping rates?

Flat $25 shipping on standard orders to any U.S. or Canadian address — covers standard table pads and table extenders up to 100" long.

Special situations:

  • Very large tables that ship in more than one box, and oversize extenders over 100": a small added per-box fee may apply — we confirm the exact amount before processing payment
  • Expedited air delivery: additional fee
  • International shipping: custom quote required

No. Because each pad is a sealed, custom-built unit, damaged pads generally can't be repaired. Manufacturing defects and shipping damage are handled under our warranty (see above).

29. How should I store my table pads when not in use?

Proper storage extends pad life significantly:

Folding:

  • Use the built-in half-fold design
  • Vinyl top stays continuous (doesn't separate)
  • Fold gently, don't force
  • Keep folds aligned

Storage location:

  • Cool, dry place
