1. Do you offer in-home consultations?

Yes! We have representatives nationwide, If there’s no rep nearby, we’ll gladly assist you over the phone to ensure a smooth ordering process. Call us to get started

2. Do you sell pre-made table pads?

No. All of our table pads are custom-made for each customer’s table. Pre-made pads don’t offer the same fit, protection, or aesthetic quality.

3. How do I measure my table?

Use a tape measure to measure the flat surface of your table (length and width) to the nearest 1/16". Round, square, or rectangle tables don’t need a pattern—just dimensions.

5. What’s the turnaround time?

Production and shipping times vary based on urgency:

Standard: 4–6 weeks
Rush: 15–21 business days
Super Rush: 11–15 business days
Mega Rush: 7–10 business days

6. What are your shipping rates?

Standard U.S. shipping: $65 flat rate
Rush, oversized, or international: Call or email us for pricing

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! International rates depend on the destination, size, and delivery speed. Contact us for a quote.

8. Can I return a product?

No. All pads are custom-made and therefore non-returnable and non-refundable.

9. What if my pad arrives damaged?

You must report any damage within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the pad and the shipping box from all sides. We will evaluate and resolve it promptly.

10. Do you offer a warranty?

Yes! We offer a 90-day warranty for manufacturing defects.

11. What if the pad doesn’t fit?

If the error is ours, we’ll replace it free. If incorrect measurements were provided, we’ll still work with you and offer a discounted remake. Your satisfaction is our priority.

12. Why are table pads better than cloths or trivets?

Table pads offer superior protection from:

Scratches
Heat resistance to the surface (up to 550°F)
Spills & stains
Dents
Water marks

Cloths and trivets don’t provide full surface coverage or long-term durability like our pads.
