Custom Table Pads - Policy

No Returns or Refunds

All table pads and tablecloths are custom-made to order and are considered final sale. No returns or refunds are accepted on custom orders.

Order Cancellation

Customers have 12 hours from the time of order placement to cancel their order free of charge. After this window, all orders are final.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all order information (measurements, specifications, colors, etc.) is accurate before finalizing their purchase. Please review all details carefully during the 12-hour cancellation period.

Damaged Products

• Damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Photos of both the damaged product and original packaging box are required
• Upon verification of shipping damage, we will remake or repair the product at no additional cost
