Base Pricing Structure (Standard 1/2" Custom Table Pad)
Small Tables (Up to 47" Long)
Starting at $225
For tables with the longer side measuring up to 47 inches, our $225 base price applies. These pads are constructed as a single piece with a 1/2 fold for easy storage. Perfect for small dining tables, breakfast tables, and dinettes.
Standard Dining Tables (48" – 72" Long)
Starting at $289
For tables with the longer side measuring between 48" and 72", our $289 base price applies. These pads come in two pieces with a 1/2 fold and use our magnetic-lock connection system for a seamless, gap-free join.
Both tiers include:
- Custom-fitted table pad with precision measurements
- Premium vinyl top surface (heat-resistant up to 600°F)
- Dense fiberboard core construction

Oversized Tables
Add $6 per linear inch for each inch beyond 48" wide or 72" long.
How to calculate linear inches:
- Take the smaller of your two table dimensions — that's the "width" — and any inches over 48"
- Take the larger dimension — that's the "length" — and any inches over 72"
- Add them together and multiply by $6
- Add to the $289 base (since any table over 48" long uses the $289 base)
Example: For a 60" x 96" table:
- Base price: $289
- Width excess: 60" − 48" = 12"
- Length excess: 96" − 72" = 24"
- Total linear inches over: 12" + 24" = 36"
- Additional cost: 36" × $6 = $216
- Pad price: $289 + $216 = $505
- Shipping: $25 flat (US & Canada)
- Grand Total: $530

1. Size
Larger tables require more materials and more craftsmanship. Our two-tier base structure ($225 for tables up to 47" long; $289 for tables 48–72" long) plus $6 per linear inch beyond the base covers every dimension transparently.

- Rectangular & Oval: Standard tiered pricing applies
- Round: Pricing based on diameter using the same $6 per linear inch formula
- Hexagon & Octagon: Starting at $255 — corner-to-corner plus one side length required
- Capsule / Racetrack (round table that extends with a rectangular insert): standard pricing plus a $126 curved-cuts surcharge for the semicircular ends
- Other custom shapes (boat, bow-end, live-edge, kidney): contact us for a precise quote
3. Thickness
Different thickness options for different use cases:
- 1/4" thick — Desks and blotters; heat-resistant up to 175°F
- 3/8" thick — Buffets and enhanced everyday use; up to 200°F
- 1/2" thick — Standard dining (most popular); heat-resistant up to 600°F
- 3/4" thick (Elite Collection) — Premium feel with maximum cushioning; heat-resistant up to 600°F
Heat resistance comes from our dense fiberboard core — the highest in the industry.
